Group Counseling

This style of counseling involves meeting with a small group of your peers who are facing similar concerns. Groups are facilitated by counselors trained to promote interpersonal learning. Our groups tend to have a particular focus or theme, some of which are more specific than others. You would be meeting with the same group of people and facilitators each week. Group members are encouraged to discuss their difficulties, changes they want to make in life, and how to make those changes. Groups often provide a kind of support and experience that is not possible in other settings. All group members agree to maintain confidentiality.

*Group Counseling is unlimited

Interpersonal Process Group

The Interpersonal Process Group is a group that promotes growth and change. We hope to facilitate an environment where you can share your struggles and concerns and receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement, and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. These interpersonal interactions can allow group members to deepen their level of self-awareness and learn how to relate to others. Members are welcome to bring any issues that they feel are important to the group. The group's primary focus in therapy is on the interactions among one another. Members are encouraged to give support and feedback to others, and to work with reactions and responses that other members' contributions bring up for them.
